How it works:
When you become a member of Word of Mouth Advertising, you become part of a network. I will need some of your business cards. You can provide them, or you may order them directly from me at prices far below what you'll find at a print shop. I will stamp the back of them with my information, so if they come back to you, you can see the referrals working. I will also distribute three of your cards to all of the other members. The cards will all be kept in the Word of Mouth Advertising Directory binder. I provide three cards so that other members can promote each other. I will also send out a monthly email newsletter with any new information or new members. We also get together once a month for everyone to network and socialize with each other, because relationships build business. At each meeting, there will also be one or more featured businesses. The featured businesses will get a chance to give a short presentation about their business and what they do. Don't let the word "meeting" scare you. I promise it won't be boring, besides, it's nothing more than a dinner with some friends!

I will also be promoting your business through my network of family, friends, acquaintances, business contacts, and anyone else that I meet. I also make it a point to attend events such as trade fairs, car shows, gun shows, outdoor shows, parade of homes, and any other expo where there are people and businesses gathered together. I also have a booth at the annual Northwest Montana Fair, where there is a tremendous amount of exposure. At the fair, I will be promoting my business to potential members as well as promoting other members to the public. I will be on business wherever I go, carrying cards, seeking out people who need a product or service that I can promote from the members of Word of Mouth Advertising.

The slogan for Word of Mouth Advertising is "Making Business More Personal", and that's exactly what I do. I will familiarize myself with your business, what you do, how things work, your company goals, company motto, who your employees are, what kind of advertising targets you desire…anything you want me to know about your business. I will provide a form for you to fill all of these things out, so that I can study them and relay the information to your potential customers. In addition, I will put a summary of your business in the Network Directory Binder, so anyone who wants to know about your business can read a little bit about you. This summary will also be included in the email newsletters.

Right now, Word of Mouth Advertising is in the early stages of development. In the future, I will be expanding services and trying fresh advertising ideas. Ultimately I would like Word of Mouth Advertising to be a source for people to turn to for any services they may need. This is our display at the annual Northwest Montana Fair. At the fair we give businesses a chance at having some exposure, without having to take on the high cost, hassle, and responsibility that goes with obtaining, planning, setting up, and running a booth for the fair. We simply lease space on our display for your business cards, brochures, or other materials you may have to promote your business. We also learn what we can about your business, so we can effectively promote that to the many people that visit the fair each year!
